At Haus of Balance, every class is guided by The Haus Method™—a movement philosophy rooted in expression, awareness, and alignment. Our approach blends multiple disciplines to create a balanced practice that supports both physical strength and mental wellbeing.

Rather than focusing on one style of training, The Haus Method integrates five pillars of movement designed to strengthen, align, and restore the body.

Flow - Connect breath and movement through vinyasa-style yoga.
Align — Build core strength and posture through pilates-based movement.
Lift — Develop power and stability through strength training.
Tone — Strengthen and condition the body through sculpt-style movement.
Reset — Restore and recover through gentle, restorative practices.

Where are you located?


Currently we are not offering large group classes in a studio format but rather pop-ups in the RDU area.
